Delivery Information

We aim to dispatch your order within 3 working days - probably sooner. If you need your items by a specific date, please let us know the date a.s.a.p. - we will do our best to help and we will let you know if there is a problem.

If we expect dispatch to be longer than 5 working days we will contact you. This can happen if we have had an unexpected high amount of orders.

During busy periods such as Valentines Day, Xmas, Mother & Fathers Day etc. dispatch times may be extended.

For orders under 2kg we normally use Royal Mail 2nd Class 2-3 day service. Upgrade to First Class 1-2 day / or next day service is available by arrangement. Orders over 2kg will be dispatched via courier 2-3 day service.

If the delivery agent tries multiple attempts and is unable to deliver RE: Incorrect Address - No One Home - No Access etc. and the package is returned to us, we will be charged by the delivery agent, this charge will be deducted from monies paid to us.
